新学期，扬帆启航——融合部·小学英文班2023-2024学年开学典礼

金秋九月，丹桂飘香。初秋相见，又是一年开学季。沐浴着晨光，我们迎来了新学期。英文班全体师生齐聚礼堂，怀揣着对新学期的憧憬，一同开启新的征程。

September is the month of golden autumn, and the fragrance of laurel floats in the air. It is the beginning of another school year in early autumn. Bathed in the morning light, we ushered in a new term. All the teachers and students of the PSP English class gathered in the auditorium and started a new journey together with the expectation of the new term.

The Principal's Speech

在开学典礼上，张健校长发表了热情洋溢的开学致辞。

首先张校长代表全体教师，欢迎同学们返回美视“大家庭”，希望所有美视学子：快乐自主地学习，阳光健康地成长，成为融合部·小学英文班的终身学习者。

At the opening ceremony, our Principal Mr Miles Zhang delivered a warm opening speech.

First of all, on behalf of all teachers, Mr Miles Zhang welcomed the students back to Meishi "big family" and hoped that all Meishi students would learn happily and independently, grow up in a healthy way, more importantly, to become lifelong learners.

伴随着嘹亮的国歌奏响，全体师生心怀敬仰，齐声合唱，雄壮的歌声响彻礼堂。在庄严的国歌声中，师生们以昂扬的精神面貌，迎接新学期的到来。

Along with the loud and clear national anthem, all the teachers and students sang in unison with respect and admiration, and the majestic singing resounded through the auditorium. In the solemn sound of the national anthem, teachers and students greeted the arrival of the new semester with high spirits.
